Keyboard quit working in X11!

I have no idea why but my keyboard suddenly stopped working in X when I started my computer this morning! The keyboard still works fine in the command line mode, though, so I can do stuff as long as it does not involve a GUI. (NetworkManager only works in X).

Since you can work from the 'cli' then have a look at '/var/log/Xorg.0.log' to find the error.

I don't understand any of the stuff in there.

Once I started raw X without XFCE, I had to shutdown because Ctrl-Alt-Backspace didn't work, and I think I saw X complain about not being able to find "us" something related to the keyboard (kaemab, maybe?), before it shut off.

I got it working in Xfce by changing the keyboard settings, but plain X still doesn't work. At least I can use my computer now. (but this isn't solved)
