Keyboard locked for main user in Kubuntu

Hello all!

The keyboard in my main user is locked under KDE
I have been able to switch to another terminal, create a new user, su into the old user and use the shell,
I have been poking around in the ~.kde directory.
The new user has access to KDE without error.

I think that I want to erase the file that represents the last session. Is this correct?

Which file am I looking for?
Thank you for your help,

PS. I just started an empty session, and the keyboard is still locked under that user.
