Keyboard layout on RH 9.0 with KDE is gone.

Yesterday I've installed RH 9.0 distribution.
I think KDE is better than Gnome, so I'm using it. Well, at first I've set up almost everything from the Control Center, incl. the keyboard layout. There was a little icon on the task bar, when I select more than one language. It's, ok, but there were some problems, so I've decided to delete my current user and then to make it again. But now, when I select the second layout, there is not an icon. Can you help me, please, with this little problem? Maybe I must "reinstall" something? Dunno...

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I want to apologize for my bad English. I hope you understand what my problem is.

Do you still need help?

RH 9.0 is a little old, is your issue moot?
