Keyboard delete key problem

Hello
When I press the 'delete' key for some reason Gnome started creating a screenshot (no matter whether I'm pressing it inside a text editor or somewhere else) instead of actually deleting, does anyone have a clue why this is happening?
Please help

I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but is this a known working keyboard? Also, do you have another keyboard to test out? Beyond that, one of the other Guru's here would have to help you. Remember one thing, always check the physical first.

Regards,

Brandon

I have a cordless Logitech Desktop, and it's working perfectly under KDE, I think I have activated some Gnome keyboard/hotkey feature that I don't know how to cancel.

Oh, nevermind, I played with the keyboard configuration and hotkeys, and the keyboard is now working ok with the del key, dunno however what namely made it work fine
thanks for the reply Robert
