Keyboard Blinks and Machine Freezes

After about 12 hrs the machine locks the keyboard blinks. It cannot be recovered by any means. The only way to recover is the power button.

Could the hardware be conflicting?

The dmesg output has no obvious errors. /var/log/messages also has no error entries at the freeze.

Maybe not a lot of help, but sounds like a kernel thing
