kernel source installation problem

i am having this problem.
when i am running runlevel 3 and using root :

root@lilo# rpm -i -h kernel-2.6.9-1.667.src.rpm
root@lilo# cannot create %sourcedir /usr/blablabla
how can this problem be solved?

i have made the map manually..

i am sensing that this wasn't the actual plan of installing a source rpm.

have i done something wrong or did i solved the problem ?
