we are facing the problem related to Kernel panic in linux . Could u send me details of kernel panic . Why the kernel panic occur and how to resolve this problen

You will need to give us additional information. A kernel panic can happen for a number of different reasons. Most often I have seen that the boot options are incorrect or there is an issue with recognizing the root partition. Tell us what messages are coming on the screen when the panic occurs. Also might help if you tell us what linux distribution you are using.

You subject header mentions 'RHEL 5.2'. You have to buy a license to use Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Buying a license (usually) means you are entitled to support. I advise that you raise the issue with Red Hat.
