Exclamation Kernel Hung Task Timeout, CentOS 6 64bit

How do I check on the logs what is causing the kernel to panic?
I am completely new to the Kernel Issues and could use some tips.

Hi as the computer is booting up try these key combinations:

Code:
Ctrl-Alt-F1
Ctrl-Alt-F2
Ctrl-Alt-F3
Ctrl-Alt-F4
Ctrl-Alt-F5
Ctrl-Alt-F6
Ctrl-Alt-F7
this should load logging information on different terminals.

Does the computer actually get past this, and start? Or is it stuck in this hang?

If it can be loaded you need to run the command:

Code:
dmesg
And look through the logs, or also checkout the log:

Code:
/var/log/dmesg
This might help you:
