kernel failure in fedora 9

i downloaded fedora 9 iso package from the internet and uploaded the same in my system for mail server congiguration. but as soon as i start the system there message at the bottom right hand corner show "kernel failure etc". But the systems seems to be running fine even after this message is displayed. i dont know what exactly is the problem. please can some one have any idea on this matter.

Exact error message might be beneficial to know what's going on.

i cant figure out the exact error message but it says something like kernel failure. but now the problem is solved as i updated the system with new updates and i think the kernel also got updated replacing the old one...
