kernel error message


I installed an additional kernel 3.0.2 kernel in my ubuntu 12.04 in a oracle VMware.and i also configured lilo. Wen i try to boot lilo gives me this two kernels
linux
Mylinux
but non of it loads it is giving me the following error message

atkbd serio0: Spurious ACK on isa0060/serio0. Some program may be trying to access hardware directly

what sld i do ?

Are you trying to upgrade your kernel? Which guide you are following?
