Kernel crash at boot

Hi,

I tried installing some rpm package which modified GLIBC_2.3 and GLIBC_PRIVATE. Now my fedora system gets a kerenl sync problem and freezes at boot up.

How can I re_install the Kernel or damaged sections?

appreciate any pointers.

Simon

I'm guessing that re-install the system would be the quickest.

If you're not in a hurry, then wait, as someone else might provide a better/more accurate answer (I only have linux now, so if I f**k up my system, it's of paramount importance to get it running as quickly as possible otherwise I'm without a PC/system).

regards

John
