I received the "kernel: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 4278190091s! "
My Server crash/hung.
Restarted went fine
Need to know why?

This can be caused by overclocking or the watchdog thread not running for 10s. If you are overclocking, reduce or remove your settings. This should help.
