kdevelop setup problem

hi, there

I'm using Mandrake 9.2.
I have problem setting up my kdevelop :
1. Htdig is successfuly installed but It says it can't find the htdig.conf (it is found in /etc/htdig/htdig.conf)
2. kdelibs-doc is also successfuly installed but it can't find it too. (/opt/kde/share/doc)

What should i do??

Thanks in advance.
