KDE vs. GNOME


Can someone please explain whats the difference between KDE and GNOME?
Are there anymore skins like that?

Not again !!!

KDE and GNOME are Desktop Environment and not skins. While windows just provides its users with an default desktop env. in linux world, you have a lot of choices.
