kde uninstall
how do i uninstall kde and/or gnome from a red hat 7 box.
need the knowledge/exercise. experimenting with getting use out of an old pentium with 64 Mb ram 60 Mb is used. kde AND gnome are installed/loaded. thanks, ron |
Maybe you can use "locate" to find all the kde packages and delete them with "rpm -e <kde-package>", maybe you can find some clever "oneliner" script via google that automates the process. I'd be surprised if you can't find anything by searching google.
If that doesn't work, you can allways manually delete the kde stuff. |
