KDE transparent toolbar, available?

I switched from Gnome to KDE today, mostly because the plugins and themes I've seen for it look a lot smoother.

One thing that's either sadly missing (or I just can't find) is the ability to make the toolbar transparent.

Am I missing it, or is it just not part of the WM?
