kde style change?

i just donwload a theme from
the file comes in .tar
After i extract it, it creates 2 directories background and styles
I'm using kde 3.4,
how can i apply my new theme that i just download?

Kde menu, control center, appearance and themes, theme manager.

Is there any Install or readme text file that extracted with it?

the only things i have after extracting it are 2 directories

in background there's the jpeg and in styles there a text file which looks like this
