Angry KDE starts with fuzzy screen...

I recently installed Suse 9.1 pro... twice ! ...
the first time everything was ok...
and somewhere during the installation I was given a screen to set the KDE screen.. to make sure everything is ok... you know the one with the "idle timer" on the side, very useful.
For reasons beyond my control I had to reformat and reinstall...
this time I didn't get this test screen.. (or maybe I didn't do something to get it),
the installtion was done and I was happy Until!
KDE started up... and boom all I see is a weird screen... kinda like what happens when you try to take your screen too much to the left or right of the egde and it gets out a sync...
I can't see anything in KDE,
is there any way to fix this from the prompt?

Does anyone know?

Thank you..

Unhappy try maddling with x server(at your own risk)

go to / and find X11

find the progs wich modify the x11 config file.

scince x server has many modification features it is difficult to give you the exact file name to medle with.

try your hand at the files by just typing the file names at the console having entered the directory and see if you can get the configuration screen.

iam teling you in this way because iam using rh8.0 and mine has X11conf.
