KDE Realplayer permanent file association?

How do I set up the realplayer to automatically open and use the download when I click on the realplayer format? Right now it is set to automatically ask if I would like to save it or asks to open with what program. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I have not been able to associate this file to open when opening the associated media. Is there an easy way to do this in realplayer or KDE Konqueror? Thanks.
