KDE Neon how to get rid of Ecliz cursor

I installed the Ecliz cursor from "plasma addons" in "discover" and it immediately showed up in "system settings > workspace theme > cursor theme" and I chose to use it and clicked apply. I then decided I do not like it and switched back to default cursor and clicked "remove theme" in "system settings > workspace theme > cursor theme" and the option disappeared. Now I have the default cursor except in the title bar of all windows, the cursor switches to Ecliz cursor in the title bar of all windows. How do I get rid of this thing? I have been in konsole digging through a tons of files trying to find it to delete it and cannot seem to find it anywhere. I have used the find command in several ways in Konsole and nothing shows up. Can anyone help please?:)

Problem solved after a simple reboot. I guess the setting just wasn't cleared from memory completely until after reboot, how odd.
