kde messed up/different.

Earlier i updated my Suse 9.3 kernel and after i rebooted everything was different. When i got to the login screen it wasnt the standard green suse one that i've had in the past, it was plain grey. and then after i logged in kde didnt load, but instead twm(i think that's what it was called) did. I pulled up a terminal and executed kde, but the shell or whatever was different. I still had my desktop, but all my windows were listed under that twm menu and it looked completely different. Can anyone help me go back to the default kde desktop and take away all of this twm new stuff. Thanks in advance!

(im trying to learn all this new stuff, and these problems are helping a lot hah).

.

i kinda figured out my problem. when i log in twm is loaded as my windows manager. and i dont want that because im unfamiliar with it. So from the command line can someone help me kill the twm process so i can run kde and also to config it to start kde at log in instead of twm. i tried xwmconfig but it said command not found. thanks

I would recommend posting this in Suse forum by reporting it to the moderator. Also, try googling for answers. It helps tons. www.google.com/linux
