KDE: How to turn system notification sounds off ?

I've started to use KDE instead of Gnome latley and I like it alot.

Tough I have one problem and that is the sounds that KDE has when I open/close and maximize/minimize any window. It's so damn loud and when I play music or watch a dvd I doesn't want to hear it.

How can I turn this off ? I've looked all over the controle panel but I can't find anything about it there, also looked if I'm missing any software for KDE that could fix this for me, but so far I haven't found any solution to this.

Please help me out, I'm getting crazy

Doh!

Control Panel
Sound & Multimedia
System Notifications
more options

under the quick controls
check the box "apply to all applications"
and then click Turn Off All Sounds.

this stop all system/program sounds.
