In theory, you should have (well, may have) a KDE control centre icon on your task bar. If you click that, you should (in theory) have a kde menu on the left which has a selectable "look and feel" option.

That's where you'd usually find the visual options for your desktop.

regards

John

It could be labeled as "Appearance and Themes", instead of "Look and Feel".
