You need to run the KDE control center (kcontrol), go to appearance & themes (or Look and Feel) and go to Fonts.

Thank you for your answer. It works.

I increase font size from 12 to 26.
Size 26 is same size as default font here in this forum. Strange.

It only works only for some KDE applications.

Some applications by default use font size 12 and i cant see anything.

Any other hints about font size in KDE?

Are you using a higher resolution > 1024X768 I find that KDE uses too small a dpi when started via KDM which results in the fonts being too small on the screen. I get by this by changing the dpi manually in the file /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc in the line like this.

Code:
ServerArgsLocal=-dpi 100 -nolisten tcp
This is on Debian the file may be in a different location in whichever distro you use, this only works when using KDM to login and you may want to change the 100 to a smaller/larger number depending on how the fonts end up looking.

Thank you HappyTux for your hint.

I am using OpenBSD and i replaced:
defaultserverargs=""

with
defaultserverargs="-dpi 96"

in file /usr/X11R6/bin/startx
