KDE - disable upgrade notification

How to disable the notification in KDE when there are software updates?
I've looked in SystemSettings/ManageNotifications, but couldn't find it.
(using KDE 4.10.5, Debian testing)

thanks.

Is this is a small icon in the tray ?
if you r-click on it and depending on just what it is

nope, its a box on top of screen, has a 'later' button.
it shows up after apt-get update, and on every boot afterwards.
