KDE Applications in Gnome

I want to use Ktorrent and Amarok in gnome.
The thing is, it works perfectly except for one, not very crucial but still annoying detail..

The icons in the notification area are blank. they got full functionallity and everything works, but they are just blank.

i once installed the entire KDE core to try it, it sucked badly and i went back for gnome.

Now gnome showed the icons like they should be.
But gnome fucked up pretty badly because i had both installed at once, so i did a reinstall of the whole system and dont want to risk installing KDE again

So i geuss that its some lib or package im missing from kde, but i have no idea which

any ideas?

Running Mandriva spring 2009
Gnome 2.26.1

Edit:: Apparentl Ktorrent lack ALL icons ...

that sometimes happen, when you use kde-apps in gnome(and vice-versa), needed kde-libraries will be automatically insalled if you're installing from synaptic.

please keep an eye on the words when you write
