kde and URLs

I notice that when hi-lighting a URL with the mouse that a small window opens and asks me which browser i would like to open it in.
How do i get to the code for that bit?
And is it possible to replce that link to old netscape with link to netscape7 (also now installed)?

This program is called klipper. If you right click on the little brown map with the k on it, you will end with a menu where you can get the configuration dialog for klipper.
