KDE 3.2 and Themer

I am relatively new to Linux. I am trying to update the KDE environment to KDE 3.2. I get the following error message

themer >= 0:1.40 is needed by kde-3.2.0-0.fdr.1.rh90

but I cannot find any RPM package called themer.

Any idea what the problem is?

Removed the gpgcheck line underneath the stable server, but same error. Anyone know anything about gpg checks? I'll keep goggling around...
