KDE 3.2.1 upgrade: LIBSMBCLIENT IS MISSING

I'm going to uprade my KDE 3.0 to 3.2.1

I installed arts and kdelib..

But when I configure KDEBASE..
it says.. LIBSMBCLIENT is missing..
so.. as it tells me what to do.
I installed. .. Libsmbclient(samba)

but it still says Libsmbclient is missing..

Did I something wrong with SAMBA INSTALL?

I'm really tired. I tried it over 10 times//

I hope I can get an answer and
ENJOY KDE 3.2.1

System : Wow linux (which is based on Redhat)
