I get this message at least two times while booting up and every time I log into some account at Alt+Ctrl+F1.

I think this started after I made an unclean shut down once when the computer froze after installing nvidia drivers and configuring the xorg.conf (fedore core 2).

What does the message mean and how can I fix it (if it is something to fix that is)?
