which is the best network monitoring tool? nagios or munin?

Well everyone will have his own answers about the best network monitoring tool. It depends upon what you feel confortable with, what precisely do you want to monitor(is it Kannel?) and many more things.
Bye the way among the listed, I'd go for Nagios.
