Angry K3b

Me again sorry having troubles (n00bie)

iv downloaded all version of k3b and none of them seem to work...

the rpm's dont install anything andi can compile it from source but when it comes to running from command it says there is no such prog.

any help would be great thanks

Please give more information about the errors you gert when you install it. Are you sure you a trying to run the appropriate name of file? You should find the directory where it was installed all through the "make install" results.

Please give more detail!

When i have downloaded the rpm files and have run them, it brings up the install windows then checks dependancies then just closes.... appears nothing is installed..

then from source ... make ... make install go fine and appears to be installed

then when i use the command K3b it says could not run command but the files are there when i search for them but nothing happens when i try to execute them

sorry for being a pain lol just started using redhat a week ago ..

by the way another question .... downloaded a couple of mp3's and they dont play.

There are no error messages and the sound card is configured because its fine playing cd's.. i have Xmms naotun..
