Joining a Windows 2003 domain from Fedora

Is it possible to join a Windows 2003 domain from Fedora?

If so, how?

I'm on the network and am able to access the internet but I don't know how to join the Windows 2003 domain.

I think it has something to do with Samba but I could not find any good step-by-step documentation.

try following this, but adapting to fedora, most principles should be the same.
