javascript from an email
 
hello, i am new to making emails and html that does stuff. i have what i imagine to be a trivial problem for a lot of you! im making an email that needs to go to a website and run a bit of java script it has on it as if they clicked the button it has. is that possible? thanks very much

Why not just put a link in the email that goes to the page on the site that executes the javascript?

It sounds as if you're trying to get users to execute javascript without connecting to your page at all.
