jabberd2: configure : error: no SASL backend available out of : gsasl


i download jabberd-2.2.16.tar.gz which is the newest version,copy it to my VM ,then unpack.
then ,i create a directory : /opt.
after that ,i open the directory of jabberd2,and configure the jabberd2.
the command line is :
# ./configure --prefix=/opt/jabberd2
...
..
.
gsasl.h no
........presec no
configure : error; no SASL backend available out of : gsasl

when i saw those , i went to download the gsasl.**.*.tar.gz.
unpack...
configure....(./configure --prefix=/opt/gsasl)
......
.....
make...
........
....
..
make install
....
....
...
complete !
i continue to install the jabberd2 .but the wrong was same ....go googling and yahoo, but no result ,
so .somebody help me !!!thank you very much .
cause i'm a chinese ,my english is bad ...thank you
