Question issues installing Linux Mint

I am trying to install Linux Mint 19.1 first time.

I created an IOS USB drive.

Getting a "NO IRQ handler for vector...Spectrre V2 : Spectre mitigation: LFENCE not serializing, switching to generic retpoline

I have a wired eithernet cable for internet connected.

Can't seem to figure this out.

Need a little help please.

When do you get this message, and why is it a problem to get this message? What do you want to figure out?

It appears to be installing now or coping files...

I will retract my previous question and reply if further installing issues.
