Issue with the Remote JVM Heap Monitoring through Cacti?

I have a cacti monitoring the local Machine disk,Memory and its running fine. I need help setting up JVM Heap remote Monitoring.I just explore and found few links:http://forums.cacti.net/about19761.html
I downloaded the template XML. But the Graph is unable to get plotted.
May I know what steps we need to follow.
