ISP throttle downloading speed using Squid proxy. How to get through it?
My ISP throttle downloading speed to just 60kBps using Squid proxy. If I download with IDM, first downloading shoot to 1 MBps but then after 4 sec, it throttles to 60KBps. Kindly help me to bypass SQUID so i can enjoy good downloading speed.
