iso - redhat 8 - |-|E!P~

k, 2 days now, blood shot eyes 1.2 gigs and 17 mountain dews later, i am online! ... i have redhat 7.1 working as is, with drivers completely installed... know enough about every windows os to have it up in 20 mins or less .. drivers and all... but you have to go through the pain to get the gain i guess. so i'm willing to shoot for the stars and try it out. so here i be at 7.1. downloaded the iso's for 8.0 last night. and am stuck with a folder of 3.2 gigs and 5 iso's ... checked the checksums. everythings good. i no longer have 98 to load up nero and burn the iso's. no clue how to burn them in linux. have a 40x sony writer which i'm pretty sure redhat 7.1 should have the drivers for. have been able to mount cd's and read them. so, ultimatly my biggest question ... is where to get a burn program for redhat 7.1 and preferably one with enough 'real' help files to get me to the burn point of a bootable disk 1 cd. i'm a little frustrated... but not ready to go back to the "doze" yet. any and all help extremely appreciative. thanks

Try Gnome Toaster or XCDRoast... can't think of the URLs off hand, just search for them.

By far the nicest and easiest burning program is eroaster . Nero is good and eroaster is just as good, but this is cheaper. Well free.
