Angry Iso Images & Nero 6 Ultra Ed

Hello Everyone, I am new here and I am also new to Linux.

I am having problems burning Iso Images of Fedora Core 3 to my CD-RW using Nero 6 Ultra Ed. There isn't a problem with my CD-RW or with Nero's identification of my CD-RW, its with the burning process itself. After the whole burning process I end up with an image of just the original file and, of course, when I try to boot from the disk it doesn't work.
If there's someone out there that has successfully burned Iso files using Nero could you please explain how you did it.
Also, is there a certain method used to download the Iso files from the server and could this be why I can't burn them to a CD? I've just been using the "save as" option in Mozilla.

Any suggestions would be great...I would really like to jump into linux as soon as possible.

I haven't used ultra, but you should be able to go to file->burn cd image ( or similar) and burn it out. once it's burned put the cd back in and make sure it burned the filesystem back out ( you should have some files in the top directory as well as directories containing the data itself).

I haven't burned any CD's in Windows for a long while, but it seems that the problem is that you're adding the ISO-file to a Data-CD.

Instead, you should look for (from somewhere in the Nero menus) "Burn Image" or something. Then you choose the image you want to burn.

I think Nero has always been unnecessarily complicated to use...
