ISCSi project related help needed

Hello guys I am Ashish pursuing engineering and redhat certified engineer as well. I am working on a (iscsi san project) where I basically have two laptops i made first laptop as a server and 2 is client machine (here in client machine basically I removed its hard drive so I can use the shared partition) so on server i create a target partition using iscsi (targetcli) and shared with my client machine where I used two pen-drives as well 1 is bootable and 2 is to used its space for booting purpose so the problem is when I start installing the centos in client it will ask me to provide the space to use for booting and my 2 pen-drive is detected but it's not using it say that no free space but I used the formatted pen-drive to provide booting and / partition. Please help me I am stuck under this process no idea what to do next.

Hello and welcome to LQ.

I think I understand the question. (maybe not)

Most of what you said doesn't affect the problem. The problem is you say you can't use installer's default partition program I think. Either the install is not looking at the correct drive to make room for the install. Or you don't have it mounted or you don't have permissions to access it or there are partitions on it currently. Maybe more ways.

In some cases you have to remove partitions and then reboot. Some installers get stuck.
