Question is ubuntu home page down or did they move?

hi,
I'm a linux newbie. I just install linux 7.04 on my notebook. Everything's ok no errors or whatever problems. So far, I've only installed netbeans on my computer. I want to have further infos on my cool OS, but ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW, I CANT BROWSE THE UBUNTU HOME PAGE? is anything special needed to browse the home page for fiesty fawn?

Works here too, although that tutorial has JavaScript that freezes KHTML in Konqueror.

Did your problem resolve itself, did you find a fix, what happened?
