Is there any application with same/similar functionality like Microsoft Shared View


Hello! I'm looking for program that works like Microsoft SharedView. Is there any application on Linux?

Not familiar with Shared View but it appears to be some sort of collaboration software..

It is collaborative software where you can share document with other users logged with msn account. It has integrated chat. Moreover, you can let anyone in session to take control of opened document.
