Is there an Exchange client for Linux? If so what/where?

Are you speaking of Microsoft Exhange? I think Evolution can do this along with a few others like Sylpheed.

Try doing a search on google.com/linux or maybe www.sourceforge.net and you probably will come up with a few others that are capable of this.

almost anything can do it. try kmail if you are running kde. i found it almost identical to outlook.
