is there a VZACCESS software equivalent for linux?

Hi

I have a VZACCESS manager application that runs the verizon broadband internet connection installed on Win XP and it works fine.

I installed OpenSUSE in dual-boot mode, and I would like to have internet connection when working on OpenSUSE as well as in XP mode.

the problem is that there seems to be no equivalent or version of VZACCESS manager version for linux.

Can anyone confirm this? if yes, is there any way around this to get internet wireless working on OpenSUSE?

thank very much...

It seems like Verizon does have Linux support. If you navigate to http://search.vzw.com/?do=viewdoc&id...tview=1&p=2910

In the article for "Performing over-the-air activation - VZAccess Manager", step #2:Open VZAccess Manager, sub-bullet states: From the Linux desktop navigate: Applications > Internet > VZAccess Manager. I do not believe this is a typo.

Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the download for VZAccess from vzam.net. There is an Enterprise section but requires a logon. I would recommend just calling Verizon Wireless and asking.
