Is their a control center in Symphony OS 2006-05

I have not be able to find a way to change the time and logon acess, but I have been using Xandros. Xandros has a controll center where a lot different changes can be made to time, logon, etc. Does Symphony OS 2006-05 use only shell to make these changes?
I used the installation option to install only the console.

from the orchestra wiki:
Control Panel - custom Orchestra Application/Desktop Manager
Note: symphony is in development (strictly beta software), the latest release is "2006-12-13". I suspect mezzo may take a bit of getting used to. Basically, you hunt through the desktop targets to get used to the way it structures things.
