Post Is that natural in Lubuntu?


I have lubuntu 14.04 lts and i test ig and i connect Vodafone mobile connect modem K4505 and it says modem needs password(as usual it is natural) and does it is normal to connect without any software installed? And i have no installed drivers or software for Vodafone..

Apparently you need the driver from Vodafone, which you can get here.

Why i need driver? Can i yust type in password and connect without drivers? It pop out and ask for password for my modem on Lubuntu 14.04.3

If it connects fine without a driver, I would just leave it like it is.
