is open suse 10.3 has c complier in it...?


i'm currently using open suse 10.3 KDE live cd.... i was unable to compile the c prog.... does it has c compiler in it...? i show cc command not exist

The C compiler is gcc.

First, I think that compiling programs while running from live CD might get pretty frustrating (ie slow).

If gcc** is not on the CD, then you need to install to your hard drive and then install gcc using the package manager.
