is it possible to "upgrade" knoppix 3.6 to knoppix 4.0?


i've been using knoppix 3.6 for a long time and i saw that right now, the latest version for knoppix is 4.0. is it possible to "upgrade" knoppix 3.6 to knoppix 4.0? if yes, how? thanks!

No, unless you download the 4.0 version, are you installing it on your HDD?

hmm... thats bad. im using it on my laptop. so, there's no other way but to remove 3.6 and install 4.0?
