is it possible to get a Canon Pixma MG5460 printer working with Stella?

I am a newbie, using Stella, & recently purchased a Canon Pixma MG5460 printer, unaware that Canon are not kind to Linux.
The information I have gleaned so far deals with debian & debian based distros, but i have found nothing about RedHat & wonder if i can follow the instructions for linux, for Stella?
Thankyou in advance, deb

There is a .rpm package available here -->http://support-au.canon.com.au/conte...100467102.html

? If Stella is a release name of some distro, you are better off using the distro name and version number. No one can keep track of all the names some distros use.

Stella appears to be a distro based on CentOS.

thankyou Camorri

sorry it took awhile to thank you. After i downloaded the driver, i still wasnt able to print, and then i had unrelated issues with my computer which prevented me from replying sooner (using a different one at present) & also from continuing my efforts with the printing on Stella. When i resolve the issues with my computer, & get back to working out the printing problem, i will let you know how i got on. Thanks again.
